Refunds and Returns Policy

In the event you are not satisfied with your order, we will happily offer you a replacement or exchange for another product.

In the event we have made an error on a 'special order' item, we will recreate free of charge. 

We do NOT refund any products for change of mind. We only exchange or offer a store credit.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

In the event that you wish to exchange a 'special order' product, a restocking fee of $25.00 or material cost is chargeable or deductible per item.
